VALERÓN TL is a transversely laminated multilayer HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE HDPE.

LONG-LASTING IDENTIFICATION
Thanks to its unique properties against tearing and tear propagation, it allows you to staple, nail or sew labels without the risk of tearing.
DURABLE MATERIAL
Most synthetic materials show good tear resistance. But Valerón TL not only surpasses them, but also provides your label with the highest tear resistance, in every direction.
Its manufacturing process that creates 4 cross-linked HDPE layers guarantees unmatched resistance to tear propagation, protecting your label from harsh treatment and subsequent damage
TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY
Resistance to moisture, oils and chemicals, resistance and stability at temperatures between -40ºC and 90ºC.
PRINTABLE WITH ALL MAJOR PRINTING SYSTEMS
The range includes options such as corona treatment on 1 or 2 sides, offering a semi-gloss tone to the material, to impregnation of the Top Coating on 1 or 2 sides, which offers greater opacity and a smoother surface. Not valid for laser printing.
FOOD-SAFE
Valerón’s untreated films have been approved as food-safe by the FDA.
ECOLOGICAL
It is a polyolefin film that does not contain hazardous substances and which provides an easily recyclable material for labels.
It replaces common films and laminates with less than half the thickness but provides superior performance.
