POLYART is a specialised range of SYNTHETIC PAPERS for LABELS AND THE GRAPHIC INDUSTRY. They are high-density POLYETHYLENE FILMS designed to replace conventional papers while maintaining the paper’s appearance and PRINTING QUALITY plus the tear and moisture resistance characteristics of a film.
SURFACE TREATMENT
Thanks to its surface treatment it can be printed in all traditional techniques: offset, flexographic, letterpress, rotogravure, and gives an excellent result in thermal printing. Range available for digital printing in HP Indigo and UV and water-based inkjet. Not valid for laser printing. Not valid for laser printing.
EASILY CONVERTED
Can be creased, perforated, die-cut. It can be used by any printer and gives them the same excellent print finish as a matte paper combined with the characteristics of a plastic.
TEAR RESISTANCE
Tear resistance and high dimensional stability thanks to its simultaneous biaxial orientation.
TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY
Resistance to moisture, oils and chemicals, resistance and stability at temperatures between -60ºC and 60ºC.
FOOD-SAFE
Allows direct contact with food (EU 10/2011 for non-acidic food stuffs with a pH> 5.5 and ISEGA certification)
ECOLOGICAL
It is a polyolefin film that does not contain hazardous substances and which provides an easily recyclable material for labels.
